Seems like jesus didn't hang out with judgemental people. If he wasn't with little children he was hanging around protitutes, thievs, pretty much sinners of all kind. These people will probably get into heaven before the judgemental"christians ".just saying

Honestly, the post was put here because someone was questioning where the money was going. They didn't badmouth anyone or start calling the members prostitutes or anything. What kind of Christian judges? I have attended there in the past, they are nice people that do check on you and concern themselves with you. Whether or not there is something shady with the money, I feel that it is important to remember that it is still a church. One of god. Treat it like one.

Hahahaha....really????well, let me drop this in your mail box sweetie.....God sees u NAKED, not saying u should go out on the town naked, js that God looks in at the heart! AND,Yes, i do believe in dressing modestly in church HOWEVER those little house on the prairie skirts, buns on those heads, nor those long hairy legs/arm pits will get u into heaven any more than my short pixie haircut will!!!!!! As I stated before, the Lord sees the heart---thats why there aint no dress code in Heaven!!
P.S. Fyi, I recently visited a local "Holiness" church and I must say, things must be changing as I only noticed the old mommies looking "hag like" and very drab, to put it lightly...wouldn't smile/speak to me if their life depended on it!Hmmm...thats NOT what kind of Christian I wana be--they looked DEPRESSED and mad at the world!!!The daughters, welll now thats a diff story!!! Wearing those straight TIGHT ultra-fitted skirts with a LONG slit ip the side( some had a slit up the front, yeah!), that hair all curled and fancied up with diamond accessories or flowers, and, GET THIS, MAKE-UP!!!! OH MY!!!!!! Not to mention the "painted on" shirts that were unbuttoned! And, did I mention the "hooker heels" they were wearing--pretty sure Ive seen those at Brenda's!!!! Pretty sure you can see more of their body parts in those clothes than u can see in my jeans/sweat pants!!! And, just go to Belk's, Walmart, DQ on the weekends...you will see those same "holy roller hunnies" in skin tight jeans, LOTS of make-up, and jewelry galore!!! I said all of that, to say this .........You cant tell them bun heads apart from the prostitutes outside of the church!!!*****Has any1else noticed this????? Comments welcome :)

First of all you can wear your dress to your ankles and your hair to the floor. But if your heart is as hard as a stone you will bust hell wide open. Holiness is a lifestyle it has nothing to do with your hair or clothes. Set your self apart by the way you live not by your clothes. You can think because you dress a certain way you will get in, but I'm afraid depart from me is all you will hear.

A woman's hair is her glory says the bible.....
So wear your hair how it most glorifies you, if if glorifies you to have short hair then so be it.....

Jesus came and died for us on the cross at Calvery and because this, many Old Testament laws were done away. That is why we don't sacrifice animals anymore. Jesus came and knew your heart and loved you. God loves you, which is why he gave his only begotten son, to who so ever would believers,(whosoever meaning long hair, short hair, fat, skinny, long sleeves, short sleeves)

If you are not happy with the status quo of Coveanant Church. You can address the church's deacons, elders or counsel members after you have prayed about this situation.
If all of the above fails find a new church to attend. I dont think this is the forum to seek religous advice or counsel. You really need to hear from headquarters. Pray Pray Pray!
So if someone doesn't like a churches back door dealings, they should find a new Church? I don't think that's what Christ would do, and I don't think most Church members would like that option either. Taking this issue up with the very people that might be behind the shady dealings seems like an attempt to cover up something. The IRS takes very seriously untaxed Church money benefiting someones personal wealth and or expenses. This is a issue for the IRS, not some Church deacon.

I'm a member of this church, & an active member at that. Just as another person stated they are the same people in there houses as they are at church whether that be in the offices or on the stage. They don't fake NOTHING. & things do get played by the book, the right book the Holy Bible! They are some of the best preachers I know, & they have all respect of mine(:

ok i had to share my thoughts with some of the earlier post..now its my turn to voice MY thoughts..
No i do not attend church there,,,but have visited...and before anyone slanders the church keep this in mind..do you know how many hungry people they fed thru thier food bank?? i was one of them at one point in time..do you know how many back packs, schools supplies, ands shoes were put on childrens feet in coffee county,,many many..so unless you just have to know the income, and the out flow,,join the church and you will know first handed..do you also know church preacher has a salary..after all a preacher is just like a dr, fireman and indian chief..he has to be on call 24/7
