Body building

Someone showed me a picture the other day of this lady who is body building. She normally looks nice, and takes care of herself. I was shocked when I saw the picture, she had on alot of spray tan on and she looked "burnt" in the picture, almost crispy. I was told she was body building. Where is this event held? Is there an age limit and do they ALL have to look that dark? Clearly... I do not know much about this sport.(I hope she does not streek to had when this "tan" wears off). Good luck to all that compete.

Think I know exactly who and what pic you are talking about....wasn't a flattering pic if you ask me and typically I think she's a beautiful woman...oh well, not my thing...think the competition was in Jacksonville, Florida.

If you had any idea the amount of discipline it took for whoever this is to look like that you probably would see the picture in a different light.

They all use spray tan because it makes your muscles look more defined and can hide flaws or imperfections. Think black car vs white car, black cars always look sportier.

There are several events around, there are basically three categories; fitness, figure and bodybuilding. Several people from the Douglas area have competed in the competitions and performed very well.

And your point??? It's April and people are tanning , Going to the Beach and this is the time most people start trying to lose weight and look there best. If this is who I think you are talking about, she is doing somthing Right. HOT HOT HOT!

I saw a woman in Walmart yesterday and she is so dark it was ridiculous. She works at Anytime and it looks like she must be living in the tanning bed. I thought the same thing it is only April. Is being that dark so soon necessary?

Depends on the person. I don't have a problem with it. Beats the hell out of looking dead.

I think the gym has become an obsession along with the tanning bed and the attention of men. It has caused marital problems that lead to divorce. Hopefully the anytime fanatic will snap out of it and come to her senses before its too late.
