Plumbing problem, not septic system failure in Dorr

Though nobody wants to pay for it, reality is, Dorr is long overdue for public sewers. Many of the homes in the newer subdivisions are already on their 2nd or 3rd septic systems.

Just move the kids to Moline Elementary, it is sitting empty. That solves the problem of fixing the old septic and needing the plumbing to make it's way down to Dorr elementary. How hard was that.....Problem solved!!!
I don't see why we need this to get blown in too a bigger problem then it is. Kids move to moline and they can add on to that school instead of Dorr.
