I have tried everything and nothing has ever worked! This is a wonderful program and the best part was that I was able to eat my own food and eat out at restaurants. I averaged 2.3 lbs per week and it was too much food to eat I had problems eating all the food! I lost 60 lbs in a little over 5 months! I am so happy and feel so great. This progam is so worth the investment.

What does it cost? Initially? Monthly?
Are there other fees?
Do you have to buy special drinks or foods?
How much are they?

I've always struggled with my weight, even as a teen I had to work extra hard to maintain my size. After school the years of inactivity really got the best of me and I gained around 50lbs. Having a sedentary job and then becoming a mom really made it hard for me to lose the weight I had accumulated. Then I found this program! I've lost 43lbs and have maintained my new weight for almost a year. I think the most amazing thing about my weight loss was the inches I saw falling off my body. My original goal was 53lbs but I had to stop early because I reached my goal size so quickly! Medical Weight Loss Solutions taught me how to eat my own food and gave me the tools to keep the weight off. Thank you MWLS for giving me the opportunity to be the best version of ME!

What is the average cost for this program? I've tried other programs before and the cost added up so fast I had to stop.

I would like to know the cost also. Do they charge you per pound lost like LA Weight Loss? Do they give the B12/lipo shots? Do you have to buy your RXs there are can you get them at the pharmacy?

I am spending quite a bit of money on the program, but they do accept a health credit card if you would like to apply for it. It's called CareCredit. And, it's no interest for 18 months, so my goal is to have it all paid off by then. As far as the program, I eat tons of salads, but they are good, and tons of protein. I am on the protein based diet. So far, I have lost 13 lbs in 1 month, averaging 2.3 lbs per week. But, I had lost 16 inches off of my body. I have been working out 3 times a week for 30 min also. And, they have meal replacement bars, protein drinks, and salad dressings you can buy from them. I try not to eat out, but they do have many options for eating out also.

How expensive is the program? Are you taking any medications (for weight loss) along with diet & exercise?

I have been on the protein diet at MDWLS for approx 3 weeks and lost a total of 11.+ lbs; and I am enjoying every minute of it. I have always been overweight; during my high school years I drop down to about 145 lbs and gain it all back during my adult years. I plan to lose 50 lbs with and estimated time of 25 weeks. I am averaging 4 per week so far; I exercise regularly with Leslie Sansone Walk at Home DVDs.

I went yesterday for a consultation. I have about 100 pounds to lose and they quoted me $699.00. That is not including the shakes, supplements, and weekly B-12 injections. The $699.00 is for 50 weeks with a 6 month stabilization period. I have done some research and I can get the same supplements elsewhere at a lower cost. The only thing, so far, that I don't like is the Splenda in the shakes...

Where did you find the supplements elsewhere? I just paid them today and would like to find at least the supplements cheaper... thanks!

I couldn't find the "exact" Therma Max but i did find the same brand of EFA at Vitacost - www.vitacost.com . If I remember, it was about twice as much for the same price! I decided not to join MWLS. It just seemed like all they wanted to do was sell those products. I started a modified Atkins diet on Monday and as of today, I have lost 5 pounds - with NO supplements. Think I'll just stick with that....

How much did it cost you to gain all the weight? I think the program is $238 for inital tests and $40 a week after that.

I am interested in consulting about this program. I have about 30-40lbs to lose. I need some info on this place before I fork out the money.
How much is a consult?
How much are the prescriptions?
Are there special foods I need to buy?
And last but not least, Did anyone see results?
Please email me: [email protected]
Thanks for your time.

I just bought the supplements yesterday and it was 365.00, I can buy my own protein shakes and bars a lot cheaper and eat my own food. I am going to ask if I can take back the multi vitamins because they are the same as over the counter. Also, don't buy the B12 drops, you can get those somewhere else. If I do well the first month, I will go back and just purchase what I think I need. Also the B12 shots can be dangerous if you have a heart condition.
