Rides like this are an honor to be a part of. You will find groups of bikers like these that take time out of their day, and money out of their wallets to help total strangers when in need.
I have yet to find another group of people that pull together like this.
Next time you pull up to an intersection, stop light, or want to make a lane change please take an extra second to look over your shoulder. There may be a biker there that would set aside his weekend to raise money for you in times such as the above tragedy.

Yes, bikers are saints. We all really should bow in their presence. They're almost christ-like. They're the only people that help other people.

Shut up.

Thank you for speaking what I was thinking. These low life biker types are constantly pulling these publicity stunts to see if we will forget just what druggie lowlifes they truly are!
True , always some ban eggs in any basket, but as baby boomers age in the millions they chose biking in groups or alone , easy on gas , fun & dangerous [ cars & cell phones I presume ?] I too for a while did a few things as a kid. I would like to talk to you more on the subject , please meet me in dooms where the benefit started, 5 OC. today ? I'll be on the red moped, don't worry I have been in recovery for 40 years !

They spent more on gas than they raised. They should have just donated that money to the family and spared us the noise pollution. Wasn't that a police detail there at the start? Who paid for that? Loud motorcycles bother most people so these clueless thunderbums flock to a 'benefit' to offset their obnoxious group behavior.

These Guys are Hilarious. Especially when they can Hide behind a computer. But you want to hear something Even Funnier? I Looked Up "Low Life Losers" in the Dictionary and found Crappers, Stinking Vermin, Darryl Williams and Silence were at the Top of the List. Get a Clue People. Turn off your computers, open the front door and step outside. There is a Real World Out there and Some of Us Live in it. But, If You Can't, the Show You Got All of Your Crazy Ideas about Bikers from, will be on at 10pm Tomorrow Night. Its Called Sons of Anarchy.

Ignorance is abundant in your comments Silence, Darryl Williams, Crappers, Stinking Vermin... You have no idea who, or what you are talking about and you hide behind anonymous names. Very impressive.

"Silence", perhaps the police detail was there for your protection from these heathens. Either that, or they were there to prevents idiots from running them over. Too bad they can't also prevent idiots at the keyboard.
This group made an effort to do a good deed and succeeded. That's were it begins and ends. I'm not sure I understand your jealousy.

people have thier opinions about bikers. I can speak about Robert lafferty. He is a hard working man and Very nice man. So dont judge him and biker group He is in. They always ride for a very good cause. If I had a bike, I would ride with them. I would always support them because if I need help they would be there for me. Piss me off people judge them and They dont know them. If people study history of bikers. They are most loyal people.

What this group did for this family was great. They are everyday hardworking people just like most of us are. They enjoy owning a motorcycle and going on rides to enjoy the open road and scenery. They saw a family in need and instead of just riding to rid they chose to ride for a cause. I think certain people who have commented here are just lowlife "crappy" "vermin" and would not know how to help others if their life depended on it. Where do you get off saying that bike riders are druggies? In the years I worked with law enforcement and fire and emergency medical services a great deal of us rode bikes...we rode to help raise money for causes and for awareness so I guess you think police officers, firefighters, paramedics, doctors, lawyers and the list goes on...are lowlife druggies? Please...tell me where you got your education? I'm spitting nails right now!

Why would you folks take a good deed done from the kindness of the hearts of the people who went out and rode for a family and be such D-bags and trolls . I am assured that in your small worlds and behind your computers that you all feel very powerful and omnipitent and felt the need to portray the men who rode those bikes as bad people.Do any of you who posted negativley know any of the kind men who did this .If not this is an opinion not a fact i in fact know a lot of the people who rode today and they are established in thier communitys with jobs and lives and familys who love them they are hobbyists not the hells angels .Think before you speak ill of people you never know who could be trying to save your life one day all of you have a blessed weekend .I would like to personally thank the men who rode today for thier kindness and generousity of heart and spirt that is sorely lacking in this day and age.

No kidding. They take a break from dope dealing, raping, and tearing up the countryside to say that today's riding around is in honor of some kid too dense to get out of a burning building and all of the sudden, all the crimes they have been committing are forgivena and we are supposed to kiss their overfed Harley seats! Don't make me vomit!
"Sons Of Anarchy" is **fiction**. People who can't tell reality from fiction shouldn't watch TV. And insulting a kid who died in a fire? Really? Really??
