Boy hit by car while trying to catch school bus

An 11-year-old Cascade boy was hit by a car this morning while he crossed the street to board his school bus.

The bus had it's red flashing light on it was not a accident it was the stupidity of the bus driver to wave at the car as signal that he can go.
