Wasn't he the one who fell from the water tower back in his high school days?

Super good kid, sharp, funny, was great to have in class. Such a tragic accident at such a young age.

I am very sorry for Dennis' family. And what I found sad was the fact that the "friends" who were supporting the climb he took up the tower back then didn't feel the need to be at his funeral! Certainly many of those people had heard that Dennis passed away.

My heart goes out to his family he was a great guy n no one can blame kids for what happened years ago,we may be adults now but at the time we were all kids. Many of us would of loved to pay our respects but do not live close enough to do so.So Sorry for ur loss....

But the comment still rings true. The guy was in a comatose or vagatative state for 20 years. How many of the friends who were there partying had visited him? No one was placing blame, just remarking on the sad state of the mans life and how quickly "friends" desert you.

So sad. The family did not. Lame his friends and would have liked to of seen the friends visit. It is always nice to know someone cares

However things happened. Maybe the friends that are not close enough to visit will write or call. Maybe keep in touch with the family
