have you ever had anything workedon there

I had a sthl weedeater the man that repairs them told me that the clutchs had a lifetime warrenty so i had them fix it. instead of me doing it myself because of it warranty. But when i picked up my weedeater 5 weeks later it cost me 35.00 dollars a change. Instead all it needed was 2.00 dollar spring.

Don't even get me started on Bob's Small Engine. They have had my father in laws tiller for about 5 months now. They told him that it would be done on a certain day, and when he drove up there to get it, it wasn't done yet.... That was about 4 and a half months ago. It's rediculous. If they aren't able to do all the work, then they need to turn some of it away until they get what they have there done.

They did some warranty work for us on a mower from Wal Mart that was defective. Speedy work and didn't cost us a dime. Who is owner now since Bob died? I know he had several kids.

I'm a satisfied customer as well. The owner's name is Vernon Wagner and he's probably one of the nicest people in our town. If the rest of the citizens of this town would turn to him as an example of how to treat others, Doniphan wouldn't have such a terrible reputation.

What was wrong with Bob? I knew he was sick but didn't know with what. He was always nice, too.

Vern is a great example of how a business person should conduct business. We bought a new Stilhl weedwhacker and a Cub mower and one of those gorgeous Cub/Yanmar tractors from him this year. The service he's given us has been top notch. We chose to patronize Bob's Small Engines based on the service we've recieved from Vern over the years.

I think that was my mower, I recently installed a small block chevy motor and a twelve foot mowing deck on it to speed up my mowing. I took it to them for a tune up and I think someone was hotrodding it. Thanks for telling me!!!

I used to work at Bobs. Vern is one of the nicest guys that anyone could work for. The reason it takes so long to get some of the shit yall bring in there is because it can take for ever to get the older parts. Yea somtimes it does take a while but its the only decent small Eng. shop in town. And about Bob he pasted away about 2 or 3 years when i still worked there.
