bucks an hour.:) I could work anywhere, but else where in Doniphan..

It isn't slave work. I do not know where you get that idea.

7 & 8 dollars is above min wage, or so I believe.

You go to work each day, you know just how much you are going to take home. You can make a budget and know just what you can spend and save. You can also get overtime. You can get vacation. You can get insurance. That counts as a lot if you have none. Then again many in Ripley co. figure out how to beat the system and they have medicaid. Yeah, its those slaves and others like them that work at Vitronic that makes that Medicaid possible.

So what if there are some back stabbers and people that might talk about you up there? There are every where you go. Even in your church. You just might now hear it.

min. wage is 7.25 and hour now...and vitronic is one of the few places in this town that you can get insurance...and they(vitronic)know it. they can spend all that money on a new wharehouse but they wont give a yearly cost of living raise that the employees need so badly. it is the first place i have ever worked that didnt give a cost of living raise...not even a dime...the employees deserve it ...sometimes emmployees go for 3 years without a raise...not so good in this day an age...not even a penny!!! sad that they do workers that way...

How would you factor in a cost of living raise?

Why do you people waste your time on this
kind of stuff. All it is doing, is giving
you some more Drama. Get a life. It is so
funny seeing the way people talk to each
other on here. Immature much.

I worked there several years ago. All you are is a number. They do slave you. They don't care about you. Or what they are doing to your family by making you work so much. Every year around Christmas there are several couples who divorce. Because that factory pulls you away for so many hours.
If you died tomorrow they wouldn't care. Hell they wouldn't even send flowers for your funeral. You are just a slave and your replacable.
If that place is what it takes to get insurance then it can be like Obama care. They can shove it where the sun doesn't shine.

They do have great benefits and honestly what job up there is so hard to do? Yeah they need you to work more hours at busy times of the year, doesn't anywhere else? I love my job, because I have one. Money is money and to me you should work hard to earn it whether its 7 or 15 dollars an hour. Its called work for a reason and the way the economy is why would you bitch when you have a job. Other families are doing without because they don't have a "lousy minimum wage" job with great benefits. At least they offer what they do to their employees. It gets me by.

vitronics has alot of good people who work there and have been there a long long time.

i'd say that the only way that place would ever be considered a decent place to work is if you started working there before 94'.

now, they treat you like garbage and then lord the fact that you absolutely need the money over your head until it drives you to drug use and being completely broken down to a human manufactering tool.

just ask the bag and umbrella dept...

There are crazy people that work at Vitronic as well as good people, both greatly underapreciated for what they do. With the instability and lack of integrity in the management, Randy Sams will see that place crumble to his demise in the years to come. It's only a matter of time. My advise, work there if you are looking for a job, but not a career. And don't expect to make big money if you are a printer. They will do everything they can to see that you don't.

I think Vitronic would be a fun place to work at if it wasn't for that manager JOSH!!!! I'm so sick of him trying to screw around with those young girls. Even if they blow him off, he's like a little leach and won't get the hint! And on top of that, he's married with children! He needs to get out of there and leave those young girls alone! He will get burnt someday.
