You find and copy and paste this law. It don't exist. Each state sets their own gun laws. There is six states in the country that require guns to be registered and Georgia is not one of them.

Southeastern U.S. Insurance company owner Clark Fain III is now the target of a criminal investigation. That announcement came Tuesday from the Insurance Commissioner's Fraud Unit.

Fain's belongings were auctioned in Seminole County last week to try to cover the more than $20 million in worker's compensation claims his company was supposed to pay.

The auctioned generated about $1 million. Southeastern U.S. was the worker's comp provider for hundreds of businesses, towns and school boards in Georgia. Fain's business dealings came to light after he loaned himself ten million dollars out of the company.

His company has been shut down by the state. So far, no criminal charges have been filed against him or his officers.

thank you for that. Wingnuts just throw shit our there, count on the stupid to take them on their word, and the next thing you know, some redneck tells his equally ignorant buddy, and PREASTO, new law. Even if it doesn't exist.

Thanks again

That Bill was tossed around Congress for a while then pitched out. The only way a person could be prosecuted is if their gun was used in a crime. We just finished our Income Taxes, Federal & GA. there was no gun ownership listed. Beside that a person could get a gun in Jan. and not list it for a full year if it was in the Income Taxes form. Yupe is full of B.S.

How can they justify 30,000 for a USED truck that was not budgeted for. V
County usually get vehicles @ reduced govt rate which is typically thousands cheaper.
What dept will get truck? Does anyone know who new county manager is?
Just guessing

Ask Tommy Boy what her name is. He knows her real well. How do you think she got the job. I think there was some illegal shenanagins when Tommy Boy bought the truck and the $46,000.00 tractor at fains auction. Don't the county commissioners have to vote when they purchase equipment? GBI needs to investigate these people.

Dealt with her before. We're doomed. Definatelly does not have qualifications listed in paper for the job.

I have a bigger problem with them spending that much money @ this auction without having a board meeting to approve the purchase. Not saying the equip is not needed but they totally went against their own bid process procedure.

It is my understanding that evey department's budget was cut this year. Employees did not get a cost of living raise.
