Good morning, Will ... had most of the weekend to check out the whole site ... it was pretty cool ... checked out most of your work too ... I liked what I heard ... very cool ... keep up the good work ... nice to hear some good original work! Keep on keepin' on! Peace ~ FC ...
Thanks for checking the local talents out, Flower-Child, I know they all appreciate expanding their listener range... out to Texas, the beauty of internet communication when it works right!

For current "real time" listening/viewing of the best in local talent, you can tune in to the live internet broadcast that comes from Del Ranch, probably the oldest and certainly one of the best venues for live original music, every Thursday and Sunday nights:

http://www.ustream.tv/channel/open-mike-colum...

While there in the virtual pub, give a shout out to the Del Ranch team of Josh and Summer, who are making this creative space possible for us all...

No hype, what you see is what you get!

Individually, we are a dozen-or-so merry pranksters who rotate in and out of the lineup at different venues. Collectively we are The Shadowville All-Stars. Artists who share the stage with us in a live performance become Shadowville All-Stars forever. It's kind of like the Baseball Hall-of-Fame, only you can't kicked out for gambling..." -Dennis Beck

I'm not just here making use of the facilities, though...

I'm also on Facebook, Google Groups/Usenet, Reverb Nation and various other sites that interest me.

Good clear channel surfing at the Waffle House Wifi... heh

Ride by and have a look, you know every Waffle House has the huge windows so you can see everything going on there for blocks away.

If you see me in there feel free to keep on trollin', since I loathe the thought of seeing you as much as you do me... heh.

Which WAFFLE HOUSE. You might be in the bathroom stealing the soap and putting the toilet paper in your back pack and we won't see you through the window. Just tell us every place you go so we can avoid them. No one wants to feel uncomfortable. If we know you don't go to a location we'll choose to visit that one. We all want to be as far away from you as possible.

All of them at one point or another, as I wrote before, ride through the parking lot and if you see me in there, do keep on rolling, since I don't want to see a pathetic obsesso like you any more than you want to see me.

Fair enough?

Good morning Flower-Child... thanks for the heads-up on the radio broadcast, I'll be listening in, and will pass the link on...

Headed over to the Offbeat Forum right now in fact to look around while I hit up some morrning coffee.

Hope to see you there!

By the way, Flower-Child,, I have this video on my copy-paste, and knowing your recent interest in the local music scene, thought you might like this particularly strong set from most of the local performers, including me on a couple of the songs, the tribute show to our friend Clyde Baker, a singer-songwriter who suddenly passed away in April:

http://youtu.be/HON4gaacGsU

"Seems To Be No Time", written by Basil Fitzpatrick originally sang by Clyde Baker, vocal interpretation by Will Dockery / "Bang A Gong" written by Marc Bolan, vocal by Will Dockery / "Nothing & Nothing" written by Clyde Baker, vocal Basil Fitzpatrick / "Tonight Is Mine" written by Clyde Baker, Vocal by Derundo Jenkins / "White Rabbit" written by Grace Slick, vocal by Gini Davidson / "Gloria" written by Van Morrison, vocal by Dan Davidson.

Good evening, Will ... thanks for the link and the info ... will check it out ... well, it seems that the format for the fernridge radio has changed and I've had a devil of a time trying to get on the radio station ... I signed up, jumped through all the hoops and IDK if I'm on or not, am unable to get a signal, audio or anything ... I'll keep playing with it but in the meantime listening to some blues ... Hope you're having a good night! Later! FC ...

Hello Flower-Child... I wound up waylaid on an errand in a town outside the area called Ladonia for most of last night, so didn't get a chance to check anything online.

I suppose you never did manage to get the radio station to work last night?

And since things are rather slow over here, I'll most likely be spending more time over at the Offbeat Forum... maybe I'll even meet Dr. D. there... is that what his profile lists him as?

Whats silly is when someone doesn't read what the other posted and then implies something they made up.
We don't do that in Shadowville.
Now that we have a Truce, I was reminded of this exchange (& still fail to see the "sense of humor" in it, to be honest) I had with you early on, where I was attempting to be friendly and it seemed from the above that you were instead attempting the shoot me down... and then of course this was followed immediately by the "Will Dockery forgery", which I didn't know was you until today.

I'm still impressed and curious about the art on your Miss Shadowville avatar, and in the spirit of the Truce, and the new, friendly/positive mood of the Columbus Forum, wonder if maybe you could tell me (& the group) more on the art, and the imagery in the art?

Here's my original post that the above from you was a response to:

Very interesting art on your profile avatar, also... is it original or do you know the name of the artist?
More later... heading downtown for a coffee.
