That's one thing I miss, is the four corners mild winter weather. Anyways, enjoy the snow, I'll be working on my short game here in Scottsdale golf courses.

It did snow several inches in Farmington, Christmas week. I would have to say that Farmington has the best choice of weahter in the Four Corners. Can get cold and snowy, but doesn't last. I'll take dry roads and mtn bike trails over slush and rust-inducing roads filled with skier idiots rushing to the ski area. Why doesn't anyone backcountry ski, and get a real workout, earning their turns? The fat trend would definitely go to the wayside.. Durango folk aren't exactly the slimmest tools around the Four Corners lately....

Who would live in Charmington if they could afford to live somewhere else? Most of the people I see driving like idiots have yellow license plates. Guess they either couldn't wait to get out of New Mexico or they are still trying to outrun the cholos. They should build a wall around New Mexico and charge a $1000 bucks a car to leave.

FYI Dirty Hairyman, Many people CANNOT afford to live in CO. Many of those people are living a fantasy world, pretending they are actually making it. Until the paycheck gets cut off, and all those Durangatangs have to make the migration into Charmington, gladly appreciative they have real employment. It's alot easier to find work in Charmington, instead of pushing four menial Durango jobs and never see anything out of it, except to pay bills and buy a six pack of Milwaukee's Best once a month. Hairyman, you're way out of touch with the real world outside of a Denver gay bar... since you don't live here in the Four Corners, how would you know anything?

I'm sorry you live there, Dirty Hairold. Where do you collect your food stamps, and what's being served at Manna food kitchen today? Ever thought of getting a job with real pay and commuting one hour north to fun, while spending a few $$$, without asking your girlfriend to borrow money? And don't lie what your career or ambitions are, anyone behind the computer can do that.

What takes you so damn long to reply? They only let you use the jail computers when you're done blowing the guards? There is a reason for the price to live here in CO...to keep scum like you out! Thanks for your concern, but I'm doing quite fine here. I've grown tired of your boring sophomoric spanglish. Enjoy your so called life in the land of derangement...Speaking of false career goals, while you're having rear end romper time in your carrot suit, your babys mother is an "artist" dancing to earn money to go to San Juan Communtiy College to become a nail tech...now THAT'S ambition for you! Peace beyotch!

Well, you're obviously miffed at my comments directed at you, so I must've struck a nerve of truth within your lifestyle and soul. Dirty Hairy, i'm sure you are doing quite well, working those three jobs and spewing racist epitaths about Hispanics, because many are more sucessful than you. Could you give an honest answer, and tell us how much an hour you are making as a dishwasher technician at Gaspacho's New Mexican restaurant?

A note on this little commentary: I spent ten years of my life in New Mexicoand eight in Colorado New Mexico was by far the better experience, just because Colorado has a greater percentage of ignorant racist idiots.

Just my $.02

That's EXACTLY how it felt like living in Durango. Too damn expensive to live there and wages are not enough to save up and GTFO.

Anyways, Im comfortable with the 78 degrees in January.
