sick of shoveling

We'll see if the cops write any tickets and enforce the parking ban. The neighbors refuse to move their car off the street and I have to shovel an extra 4-5 feet into the street every time it snows if I want to get out of my driveway because the plow has to go around their car. They always whine and bellyache and come up with some lame excuse why they can't move their car. Whatever happened to ticket and tow at the owner's expense? Time to get tough with some of these deadbeats.

this will never happen in d-ville. the cops will not do anything unless you call them. so , now for the laws to be enforced you have to call and complain? look the other way, laws don't mean squat. how about the snowmobastards riding down the streets? S E L E C T I V E E N F O R C E M E N T. why have a poleece force if they don't enforce the laws? all we are doing is throwing away tax money.
