I agree with the salisbury folks, want an honest deal, go there. They are honest hard working and have NEVER tried to BS me like AR(the crook).

If your going to AR watch where your parts come from. They might just come from the trash can..........ooooooopppppsss hope I didn't let the cat out of the bag on that one.

They're the ones that come when you call for help through AAA. By paying for AAA the service is SUPPOSED to be free, tipping is optional. All 4 times I needed a tow or jump over the years they charged me a nominal fee, like $10-20. THEY ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO DO THAT if you're using your AAA service. I reported them.
Comstock's or Fake's are the places to go for repairs. Decent, honest people at those places.
If you only have BASIC AAA you only get the first 5 miles free, you then pay accordingly beyond that. If you have AAA PLUS, you get 100 miles free. Check which one you have before ripping a AAA or Aaron.

he screwd up my friends truck and then he lied about it when we went and talked to him about it. but that was back when he was new in the area.

He runs his buisness by finding non-existent problems and charging unsuspecting customers who don't know that much about fixing vehicles. If your mechanic tells you there is something wrong and you can't know for yourself, then you would trust him. He is a loser and a cheat to his customers not to mention several of his other obvious issues.

As to stove pipe city 429eerrrr , other than a few newcomers to the area people here look out for our neighbors and most of the people here would be willing to help any of them. We do not have any toothless mechanics here and we have quite a few very knowledgable people who live here. Maybe you should familiarize yourself with an area you are so willing to slam.

I have been a customer of Aaron's since he started in business and have NEVER had an issue with his work. I am willing to pay for good workmanship and the secure feeling that my vehicles won't break down. Now, if you aren't willing to pay for his services, you most certainly have the right to go elsewhere.

Aaron has always been available for us when called for a tow through our road service. Never had to pay him for any tow to his place or body shop. His prices are a little high but have your car towed to Comstock's and see what you'll pay! When they get around on working on it several days later!!!

If Comstock's is so expensive why are they so busy? You even say Aarons prices are high. Everyone knows someone who went to every shop in town and liked it or hated it. judge for yourself who is right for you to go to. Some personalities just don't get along. It seems people either love or hate Aaron.

If I had a car I would not take it to Automotive Rescue, he would mess it up. They would take my crappy chevy cavalier and destroy it....lol

Local Dolgeville buisness sucks for the most part. I have yet to get a real deal from any "All purpose bait & tackle, grocery basket, automotive shop,we got it all store". What ever happened to the respectable, hand shakin' pay me when you get the cash kind of buisness back in the old days?

People pay for stuff usually before leaving with it. Lol you people kill me. O I'm entitled to receive something and pay you later. There is no more trust or morals. What in the world makes you think get now pay later works in Dolgeville??? Lol

All I am saying is that there used to be a simpler, better time. People could trust one another, I guess that the past isn't the only thing that is simple......Isn't that right hahaha

I would strongly advise against anyone using this business. They towed my car in error and refused to return it. I've already filed a report with the BBB and my insurance company also filed a complaint against them. I've never encountered such unprofessionalism when calling ANY 'business'. The WIFE, was not only extremely rude, she hung up on me when I demanded an explanation for why my car was towed. A business is only as good as the customer service it provides. Sadly this business has created quite the reputation for itself!

Yea Arron is a crook, but he has AAA and the police use him . So if your car has to be towed you don't have a choice. It seems like a scam but he gets away with it
