He is confusing everyone by merging the Fitness Center with the Community Center and donating their services, plus selling their house....it is all part of the scam cover-up....covering the trail of money and donations!

How much are the indivdual monthly dues? Where does this money go? It's a lot of money when you add it all up. The kool aide kids must know that is not tax deductible.

Im not a DBL participant and nor would I ever be!! A friend of mine from season one raised the very same questions many here have and she was essentially removed from the program. These people raise their reward and then some, yet little is known where the money ever goes! Now trying to sell 600.00 worth of dance tickets, not counting what was already sold? Auctioned a plaque that isnt accounted for, so why are they having to yet again raise MORE funds? This man needs to be arrested for fraud.... Someone needs to do a full investigation and get him the hell out of town!!

Hi Everybody, I hope you had a wonderful Christmas and delightful New Year.

If you attend our public board meetings you would know the financial standing of Stoney Creek Community Center. Our Financial report is communicated at our board meetings, and we are accountable to the Dolgeville Village Board.

Our business account is held at M&T bank in Dolgeville.

We are accountable to the Village Board as well.

(I have to chuckle at some of your posts on here, they are comical lol)

I wish you a very prosperous and happy 2013.

Dear Answers Needed, I am happy to provide you with any answers you would like: I did ask the DBL'ers not to attend the Village meeting because I some of the Village Board members asked me not to make this a big public event and I agreed.

We raised $1600 from the Farm to Table and it is in the Stoney Creek Community Center savings account at M&T Bank. We raised $3300 from individual sponsors and $1525 from business sponsors and it is in the Stoney Creek Community Checking account at M&T bank.

I donated my 2009 Signed Yankees World Series Picture to DBL and Guy Shaff from Little Falls won it and he received it on Christmas Eve. We sold $500 worth of Raffle tickets for it and $264 went to framing costs at Michaels in Utica.(its a large panoramic picture of Yankees Stadium-gorgeous)

You forgot to mention the food drive we did in October...did you miss that? We collected 20 bags of food and donated it to the Dolgeville Food Pantry.

Also, the three trainers at Stoney Creek Fitness donated $250 each to the community center (I am one of these) to help with costs.

There are only 3 coaches at Stoney Creek Fitness (I am one of them). We have 5 volunteers who help with DBL from time to time and we have donated their Prom Tickets to them (I think you meant volunteers?)

I invite you to come to the next Board meeting on Monday Night at 7:00pm, January 14th.

I hope you have a wonderful evening.

Warmly,

Bart Murnion

Dear Answers Inc. I am sorry if your are confused, I am happy to help: I love what I do in helping people and I know that if I were to depend upon the fitness center for income it would be hard for some people to afford it, so I donated the Stoney Creek Fitness to the Stoney Creek Community Center so it would have a permanent home in Dolgeville for many generations to come.

Because I gave away my business, I cannot afford my house, so we are selling it to down size into something we can afford.

All the donations and income taken in by Stoney Creek Fitness or the Stoney Creek Community Center goes into the Stoney Creek Community Center business account at M&T bank. We make our monthly financial report public at our board meetings and all our corporate documents are available for you to inspect any time you feel you would like to see them.

Thank you for this opportunity to help clear up any confusion.

I invite you to come to the next Stoney Creek Community Center board meeting and community meeting on January 15, 2013 at 7:00pm at Stoney Creek Fitness.

Have a wonderful evening!

Warmly,

Bart Murnion

Dear Right, Thank you for asking. The Stoney Creek Community Center board volunteers to submit our financial reports and our community activities to the Dolgeville Village Board. We feel this is important because that way everything will be revived by the Village Board. It is a gesture of professionalism that we feel is necessary to build a positive relationship.

We value out Village Board's opinion and feel they can offer quality guidance and direction and we feel it is professional courtesy to do so.

Being accountable to our Village leaders and our community is a mark of our character as a non-profit corporation...kindness, truth, openness, honesty, integrity. It takes courage to stand for the truth and our organization is strong and able to deliver.

Thank you for asking clarifying questions, I hope this helps.

Have a wonderful evening.

Warmly,

Bart Murnion

So you are not really accountable to the Village Board-you volunteer the information but they don't really have any authority over your not for profit organization.....

is it now the Village Board's job to review your policies and offer guidance and direction to an alleged "non-profit" organization ?

this mostly smells like a big tax write-off!

do you think you won't have to pay property taxes now?

Your assessment sure looks spot on. He is puffing up the importance of his little club He throws in all the right words but in the end, they just don't make any sense. An enflated ego has issues with grandious thoughts and actions. The bottom line is under the guise of Stoney Creek, he's goal is to get a non profit status and then exempt his house from paying taxes. You just watch!

The Village can barely handle everything on it's plate as it is without clogging up the running of the village by a guy who has some serious control issues. Don't kid yourself for a second. Wake up people!!
