I cannot understand our priorities when it comes time to reconsider and adjust the spending of our taxes. It is my thought that education and law enforcement should be given our highest priorities. I do think we should be considering where the money is being spent on education. When we have to cut it seems to be teaching staff that has to go, the very ones that help grow the thinking process and skills of our young people who will one day be leading our nation and providing the services to keep our country moving. On the other hand I'm uncertain as to how many administraters it really takes. Most of the admin. staff are extremely well paid.
These people have little to do with hands on contact with our young people. We need to discuss law enforcement at another time but it must be part of our priorities.
