First Midwest Bank Midlo-Branch Complaint

I have had an account at the Midlo branch of First Midwest Bank for over 15 years and have not had any issues. However, over the last year I have noticed that when i cash checks in the drive thru they no longer give my change to me. At first I thought it was a mistake. Then it happened again and again. It does not happen every time, but it has happened about 7-8 times now. It even happened to my son who also has an account there. Has anyone else had this issue? Is this a bank policy, because if so it should be illegal. Sure it is a few cents, but that adds up over time. I am finally mentioning this on here because it happened again today. I plan to call management soon if it turns out this is a frequent issue for other customers.

On the odd occasion that I've cashed checks in the drive-through, I don't recall ever not getting the change back.

Please let us know what they say about it. I'm curious to know.

You are a f¥£!ng idiot why would you allow a bank not to give you the full value of your transaction. Plus, why would you complain on topix. Don't you know this blog is full of people who are out right idiots just like you.

Hahaha...can you say troll... Trying to start a fight? At least I have a bank account, and do not have to cash my checks at a currency exchange like you. and...I was trying to see if this was happening to other people. If so, there is clearly an issue with the bank that needs to be reported. That is not complaining. Could you actually be productive and inform me of a better forum to reach residents in Midlothian? If not STFU and go troll on another site. Thank you!

I would start with the bank manager. Other residents don't care if you are giving away your money or letting people steal from you. As far as the currency exchange not sure about their check cashing policy. But I can assure you I'm smart enough to know if I cash a check for a certain amount I expect that amount in return. Not trolling just calling it like I see it. If you don't like it STFU and go to a different site.

By the way. It needs to be reported to someone. I would not wait for some other D-bag to confirm your getting screwed. One D-bag is enough. Go talk to the manager and find out where YOUR money is going. That's my advice. So now you have someone on your side. You can now act on your original thoughts that what is happening is wrong. Sack up buttercup. Ok this post was trolling. But true none the less
