The new police chief isn't at issue in this, but the last two are. Whether or not you like the new chief and no matter what you've heard about him, he didn't continue in the cycle of hiding information from the Feds or anyone that had authority to ask for it. Maybe you think it's because he hated Zamiar, but that is irrelevant. He can hate him to the moon and back, but he did his job. Hell, he could be bossum buddies with him. It doesn't matter.

What matters is that the past two chief's knew there were serious issues and didn't act. Whatever you believe their reasons were also does not matter. The house of cards will start to fall as soon as the first piece is pulled. Zamiar may just be that first piece.

And just because the police are investigated does not mean criminals will run rampant through town. KIA you're reaching now, and given your particular history with the village and your credentials, I find it even more suspect that you would be the one to imply this. It's a scare tactic pure and simple. I'd rather run that risk than have a loose cannon out there with a badge. They give good cops a bad name.

Well yeah.. I mean, rolling through stop signs is breaking the law. I know there's usually a little buffer between what constitutes breaking the law and what constitutes a good enough reason to give a ticket (like going 5 over, for example), but I wouldn't hate the guy because he gives tickets to people for breaking the law. I hadn't heard the flirting thing though, that's news to me.

That is breaking the law. Stop means STOP...not slow down and almost stop. Maybe he should send you for a re-test on your license.

Ok Zamier did wrong-I'm sure he realizes that now(after the fact) but have some compassion for his family-they did not do wrong-he did! I just hope that everyone doesn't take this out on his family. They don't deserve being punished for what he did.No I don't know him (Zamier-just know what I've heard & read in the papers.

The way things have been trending the past couple of years, the Courts are going in favor of the Plaintiffs so, Stevie boy may just be going bye bye.

He was probably an idiot before the beating and is now using it as an excuse why he wont be able to work. I hope they each win millions so the village can file bankruptcy. This way they and their scumbag lawyers won't get a penny.
