Officer M.Moller
This officer continues to drive his personal vehicle's and marked B.I.P.D. unit the wrong way on the 126th block of Elm street daily.
On several occasions throughout the day Moller can be seen intentionally driving southbound on 126th and Elm leaving his home.
This has gone on for the duration of his employment with B.I.P.D.
The police refuse to look into the matter.
With this being posted here, and after he runs over a pedestrian or hits someone head on it will cripple the city with a huge settlement.
The more we learn about this officer .the more we disseminate.
We have compiled video over the past year for a future incident.

first, the Illinois vehicle code states that the police are exempt, and second any civilian is allowed half a block on a one-way street, that IS the law Jill! If you want to be super-sluthe, I suggest you go sit in the Double-Play and watch our Police and Fire and Politicians get sloppy drunk and drive their city vehicles, beat their wives and girlfriends and some may even let you film them doing drugs in the bathroom. Are you sure that Officer Moller is the problem ???

If you're interested in driving on meds, that's listed under 11-501

Can we get Public works to install a one -way direction arrow sign in the parkway at the end of Mike's driveway. He may not be aware that Elm is one way northbound from Burr Oak.Does this officer cite one way violations? Doe this officer cite vehicles for no front registration tags? HYPOCRITE!!!

A certain Director is too busy trying to figure out how he can vacation south on only 2 weeks vacation a year. This will be interesting to watch.
Keeping them honest is hard work.

However, that position allows only two weeks vacation per year. If he wants to play in the Florida sun then he must resign. No golf vacations here!

There is no comp time at the city. Previous Directors worked extra hours all of the time. It's part of the salaried position. The City does NOT have comp time. All of the extra meetings, snow calls, fire calls are part of their job. Now what?

You're wrong! Salaried positions are not eligible for comp time. Nice try, the people are watching and listening. My, this time off is really important to you that you must vehemently defend it, city employee.
