I didn't know him personally, but I know someone who did. They said 'he was a real cool guy'. Rest in peace Officer Morrissy. My sincere condolences to his family.

While people here complain about the Police and Fire Department, its never good when those paid to protect the rest of us lose their lives while doing so. While all of us here attempt to be brave behind the keyboard, they are the brave ones who rush toward danger when we run away.

RIP Officer Morrissy

My guess is he did not need them on. It was an accident. They are not charging the other driver. I don't think I understand what point you are tring to make.

If you don't put on your seat bealt by accident you get a ticket, so if you drive like a nut job and kill someone you can call it a accident my point his what if he killed someone, he was the training officer

When combining your poor grammar and whatever it is you are trying to say, gives me the impression that you are an idiot!!!!
