You cannot be DUI on a golf cart, tractor, atv etc. it must be a motor vehicle designed for roadway use.

It would be a conservation violation only, that's what Illinois law allows.

Got this story from 3 people sorry if this pissed you off but 3 people telling me ? You sound like a man that don;t B.S. so I will check with the man whos kart it was and was pulled out of bed to come and get it. If I wrong I will come back on this site and say so fair ?
I checked things out my story stands Midlow let the drunk go because he was in Crestwood. Crestwood let a 5 time D.U.I go because?

So a dragster doing 200 mph down Cicero with a drunk can;t get a D.U.I ?. IF this is true why would people go to bars in cars when they can go in golf kart go karts ATV and not get busted ? I have seen you posts before and your word looks good Mo. I don;t get it a 5 time D.U.I going down Cicero drunk and walks? Because he gets a way with it the next time he pulls out onto Cicero a car/ sober driver/ cuts into a car /sober driver/ and someone dies do you think someone may have a law suit? Tell me how this works Big Mo. Not being a smart a$$ just find this odd.

Your bitch is with Midlothian police not Crestwood. Midlothian saw the drunk, stopped the drunk and let him go. If this did happen they should have done their job regardless of who you allegedly made a call. one last question how do you or anyone else know any calls were made? You stated people saw the stop how would anyone know our mayor called Midlothians mayor? Let the lies continue. I can't wait this should be a good one and remember if you had proof without a doubt you would already have stated it. I really can't wait to hear more of your BS.

You have asked at least 10 questions, which would like the answer for. You can always google Illinois law and review it yourself. DUI is ilcs 11-501, I didn't wright the law I just know how to properly enforce it.

Nice job of the police parking restrictions, parking over sidewalks can't even walk around the block without running in to cars parked over the sidewalks. Nice job on city ordinance that comes out every year in the flyer.

Next time the village is going to put up stop signs could it please be posted in the Advisor in advance. Drivers seeing it for the first time tend to slam on the brakes half way through the sign like thats going to help stop an accident.

As for the ladies in the village hall they are wonderful, I have never had a problem with them. It appears others have not had a problem with any of them so it must be something personal for one person. Is it possible the person complaining had one bad experience and caught someone on a bad day, we all have bad days we are human.

Slow down and drive the posted limit. If you are going only 20 mph this will give you ample time to stop. Remember there are young children playing in the town. If people have a hard time stopping for a stop sign God forbid if a child ran out into the street.

Where in the post did it say I slammed on my brakes or I slide half way through the intersection. Did you actually read that in the post? Assume much? Lie often? If you would/could actually read the post as written and then comprehend what was written it would be nice.

wow warning, you need to lay off coffee this late, very hostile. They wrote on here like you did and I could do that to you also with your Lie often? comment. where is the lie in that person's post. They are saying what you are saying if you are going to fast you can not see stop signs. It seems like to whine about anything the village does. When you drive in another town do they tell you also when they put in signs or do you only pay attention in other towns? Watch the road and conditions they can change without warning. P.S. that person also never said slid half way through the intersection, now you are the one assuming or making things up.

Just saying

And where in the post did that person say you slammed on your brakes or slid through an intersection. The point is if you are driving the posted speed limit which is 20 mph you don't need a warning advising of a newly installed stop sign. You will have ample time to stop. Geez take about not comprehending something. Practice what you preach and take your own advice.
