If people are claiming religious reasons for wanting to be covered up, they can buy those full body bathing suits. Oh yes, they exist! Don't believe me...take a look...

It's not safe or sanitary to allow people in the pool with their clothing on.

There is a problem with the management at the pool. When enough people complain, the fully dressed muslims are asked to leave but if only a few complain, nothing is done. It wasn't until recently that children were alowed to were tee shirts to prevent sunburn.

the same thing happened in Burbank. I believe they had to close down their pool. No one should be allowed to wear anything but a bathing suit in a public pool!!!!!!!! No one wants to swim with people wearing clothes. Who knows what's on them or when they were washed? Gross!! Why do these people get their way?

They leave garbage in the parks too when they are done with their picnics.

So why exactly are they in the pool with their clothes on? Why does the pool management cater to them? I am sooooooooo tired of hearing that everything "offends" them. Tinley needs to take a stand---rules are rules

It's political correctness at its finest. I agree with what you said. Why do we cater to them? Anyone else would have to wear a swimsuit. A friend told me that they sometimes demand that school menus change so that no pork is served or anything with gelatin. If you don't want it than don't eat it!!!!!! Don't trample on everyone else's rights.

Why don't we stand up to them? What is everybody afraid of. I know people that complain at the pool but it isn't helping, they still swim with their clothes on.

Another thought---what would happen if they were told to leave the pool? What would happen if the school refused to change the menu?

It's what is happening everywhere-- people (especially white people) are afraid to make waves and complain because then they are the bad guys--the racists. I mean look at what happened to Paula Deen and not to mention the George zimmerman issue. People need to start to stop sitting back and start taking a stand about the kinds of things like this. As far as the pool and schools go, they are simply afraid to do anything to upset them. It doesn't seem to matter that others are upset. These people use bully tactics and everyone puts their tails between their legs and gives in. It's sickening. We should complain to the park district not the pool staff.

If you see them swimming with clothes on then go to the pool cashier and demand your money back because of "unsanitary conditions". Maybe more poeple need to do things like that.

Yesterday the muslims were again in the pool with their clothe on . A woman complained to the life guard and was told she would call the muslim over and the complaining woman could complain to her. The woman told the life guard "I thought that was your job" The rude life guard was relieved of her post. These bold muslims must be made to abide by the same rules as everyone else.

You hit the nail right on the head here. Recently read a very interesting article about the collapse of the United States. Through American history, people have come here for freedom, for a better life. The problem is that most have conformed and we were a strong country because of it. Now we are faced with a situation where a group does not want to conform but wants everyone to conform to their ways. If that's the case, why come here in the first place? Gabriel came to me and told me that God wants us to stop wearing shirts. We were born this way and God made us in his image. This will bring us closer to God. Wonder if I started a religion where it was required that you not wear a shirt if all the restaurants etc would have to let me in? What's the difference?
