Is there any good reason for us to ignore the possibility of putting a new water tower on the side of the tracks owned by the Forest Preserves parallel to where District 143 offices are? Once the construction was complete, the disturbed land could be restored and it wouldn't be an eyesore or detractor to commercial business on Cicero.

What about the property on the corner of 149th and Kenton then? It'll never become town homes due to its close proximity to the creek and the potential for flooding. Would be able to keep much of the natural growth already on it.

I'm not a hydro engineer, but site picked is at a higher elevation. It's mute point, there's no money for the tower anyway.

Knew about the missing money issue, but was daydreaming anyway today trying to imagine what a new and improved Midlothian could/would look like.
