I believe all clubs are protected under the Equal Access Act and U.S. Constitution.

This is kind of opposite of the way things usually happen. Usually it is the Gay-Straight Alliances that have obstacles to form while the schools allow the all type Christian clubs.

I don't trust Fox News since I think they use selective editing. I want to see another news source on this to compare it to.

When it comes to the ACLU, U.S. Constitution, and Equal Access Act I don't think the schools will win in their attempts to stop the formation of Christian clubs or Gay-Straight Alliances.

Notice how they mention the Gay-Straight Alliance as the first comparison. Why does Fox have it in for gays and non-Christians and Atheists?

Maybe in the Bible belt, but not in many other places, especially New York. Everyone is so pro equality that they become anti-Christian, which I think is a paradox. Christians get flack for not agreeing with a homosexual lifestyle but those individuals get cheered on for trying to limit Christians in their freedoms. I happen to know that the Gay-Straight Alliance was welcomed at open arms at that school and it took three years for the Christian club to be approved, and with much groaning from the entire faculty. The proof is also in the numbers - 10 kids showed up to that club on a good week when the GSA was too overpopulated to hold meetings in a normal size classroom. I'm not saying it's like that everywhere, but it's more common than most people think that the Christians are the ones being persecuted in today's society.

With all due respect I feel this is an isolated incident. Christians are much more respected in the U.S. than homosexuals. There is countless ways I could prove that to you but it would be so long there'd be a book on this thread. Gays are an oppressed minority. Christians are not. I do believe that Christians should have the same opportunities as anyone else and not be discriminated against. Same thing goes for gays. It's okay not to agree with something. That is a right but it is not a right to infringe upon someone else's rights based on one's beliefs. That goes for gays and Christians. I believe in equality for everyone.
