It may be the best tasting, but Bethpage water is contaminated with Grumman waste, especially south of Grummans. Three new childhood cancer victims on my block, and pancreatic cancer deaths of all the origional owners is not a good sign. We filter the great tasting, deadly, Bethpage water.

I'm in the Dix Hills Water District. The white plastic water container in my water pik turned pink, and my dogs' stainless steel water bowls turned pink. The water in one case comes from a bathroom faucet and in the other from the kitchen faucet, so it's probably in all the water, at least at our house.
Does anyone know what's in the water that can turn containers pink?
