What is the town supposed to do about it. Are they supposed to be responsible for everybody's private pool in the town of Huntington, or just these old geezers? And even us younger individuals do not go around knocking on peoples doors saying HI. you have to get involved with community activities, stop being so lazy. The pool will open when its ready, for 300,000, in a new construction in a private community, you already have a good deal. Stop complaining all the time, it makes the seniors all look like miserable people.

Why isn't the Town of Huntington all over Gresser? He offered no explanation. Seize his home, throw him in the slammer & use his funds to complete the project. Enough talk & screwing around

Another example of the town leaving the taxpayer out there swinging in the breeze

This is a civil matter, not a town issue. Maybe if they step away from bingo long enough, they could file a lawsuit in a civil court like a normal resident would do, instead of wasting time and money of the town, and other tax payers, to ask them to enforce something they can not enforce, for their own luxurious purposes.
