Indictments Returned in Homebuilding Scam

A Prince George's County grand jury has indicted three people on theft and violations of the Homebuilder Act.

I am a victim of Leon and Emma Coleman. Soon after they received the money from the bank, Washington Saving Bank, Emma Coleman stated that they never intended to build me a home and that's why my black as is homeless. She even had the audacity to retreat into her home and come back out with a bat, threatening to cause bodily if I came back to her home.

I am glad to see that someone is finally doing something about this. I almost had a nervous breakdown because I couldn't get anyone interested in my case until I found Mr. Hamer, a Maryland States Attorney. Until I met him I thought I was the only victim of the Colemans. My property was seperate from the other victims. My property was located in Temple Hills, MD.
