Of the 24th District Delegation, their were no representatives of the Historic Greater Fairmount Heights Communities such ase The Town of Fairmount Heights,Chapel Oaks,Cedar Heights,Jefferson Heights,, and The Towns of Seat Plesant and Capitol Heights Md.

To provide balance to the District Delegation, I appealed to the 24th District Senator, Joanne Bensen and The County's Democratic Central Committee to appoint a Community Leader from these communities, whom could be an strong advocate for the needs of these communities.

The PGCC endorsed and recommended Community Leader and Businessman Greg Hall,a former student at Historic Fairmount Heights High School, with support from Labor Unions AFLCIO C.O.P.E., Mayors and Councilmembers and the Prince Georges County Young Democrats.

National and Local Media has focus on Greg Halls troubles as a youngman, and not on his outstanding contributions to the people of Prince Georges County Md.

Governor Martin O Malley whom has establish an exploritory committee to run for President in 2016,has appointed all recommended candidates for state legislative seats, without questioning their troubles as youth and young adults.

The Republicans have pledge to make Greg Hall's Appointment, a issue in the 2016 Election, and this has scared Martin O Malley, and American voters must ask themselves does Martin O Malley have the balls to be President.

African American Leaders and Community Activist are disappointed in Governor O Malleys treatment of the African American Community Leader and Businessman and we're pledge to make this an issue in the 2016 Elections. With 70% of all Men in Prisons in America, being African American.

The disportionial treatment of Black Americans is unacceptable. No White Nominated Candidate for Maryland Legislature has been denied appointment by a sitting Governor.

Judge Phillip Nichols should have not preside over this case. He has run on the ticket with the State and County Democratic Establishment, which is promoting O Malley as the next President.

Attorneys for Greg Hall, may stand a better chance in the Maryland Court of Appeals.

We the leaders of People Over Politics America, call upon all Marylanders to let the Governor know this issue is not over, until Greg Hall is seated as Maryland State Delegate
