The one in Dinwiddie is already open. I went by there this past Friday and it was open and cars/trucks were there.

I am a state employee who is getting a 12% pay cut, but the governor feels the rest stops being open and costing tax payers money is a smart move. I hope in the future the state considers leasing this land to private companies like many other states do and instead of losing money on rest stops, we can make some money.
