I teach contract law in Los Angeles. There is a wonderful case from Dinwiddie Co. that I teach. Do any of you reading this post know anything about the Ferguson Farm that Zehmer sold to the Lucys back in 1954. What made that farm so desireable? Thanks for anything you can tell me.

I was told that Lucy was a 'self-made man' with humble beginnings, the farm was a trophy which affirmed his entrance into local high-society. That's why so many people offered to buy it.
