Tenant screening? What is the cost and what kind of reports I need to screen my prospective tenants? Any good site you can recommend is very helpful. do I have to give a copy to the tenant as a courtesy?
Thanks a bunch!!

Tenant screening involves a thorough background check of tenants. Property management firms take care of all the procedures employed in it. I have hired Tropicana Realty to take care of my rental property and choose the best tenants for it.

I had no idea that there was such thing as tenant screening. It makes perfect sense though and is something that can help a property manager know who they are dealing with. It weeds out possible problems and helps keeps apartments and neighborhoods cleaner and safer.
