I've been there 4 months already and I haven't had a raise and I talk to my supervisor about it and he told me that this company doesn't gives no raise to anybody, which I don't understand because I know that every company after 3 month they give you a raise And yea they treat us like slaves, the yelled at us like if we were slaves and if one of us do something bad or wrong they would come and tell us that next time they will fire everybody on that crew... The only reason I am still there is because it is very hard to find a job around here. Last week they took our restrooms away and brought us portable restrooms and everybody complain about them cause they were so dirty but then someone mention something about osha and they brought them back.Another thing is that they started charging us for the uniforms that we have to use and none of us are good with that cause because it is their responsability to provide what it needed to work even the gloves we ....I could continue talking about some other stuff but I got to go to bed....

new hire buddy: please tell me that includes overtime or somebody is seriously breaking a federal law. 80 hrs. a week??? no wonder there's so damn much speed floating around...
My grandson who never did this kind of work before work for J C Fodale, he s been there for three or four months now. He likes it he said the hours are long, but all he has to do is go to work. They even have cooks that prepare their meals and they furnish their housing. Everyone should know before they go to work in an oilfield that this is not a Mon-Fir desk job.

ive been working at fodale for a good 10 months now and what i have noticed is what people say about this company is true employees are overworked ,underpayed and unappreciated!!!..i work at the yard and i see and hear alot fucked up shit i know for a fact is that the only way to move up in this company is to kiss ass and suck D**** it doesnt matter how hard you work they will pass you over i know this cause ive seen it...
there are so many violations happening here i will give u an example they have trailers that are used to carry materials only one trailer out of 7 stepdecks has legal inspection stickers the rest are still used by new hire drivers just noone says anything cause there to afraid they will get fired since most ppl that work here are from mexico and thats just sad that a company will use that to make the employess work i dont see me making it to a year but i gurantee this though they have left me hanging on location no food no water so when i leave this company ima make sure i leave them hanging its sad that when i started this compnay the very first day all the guys that were there when i started im the only one thats left everyone else is a new hire

Well said bro. I'm an oilfield worker and love the job, hours, and the life!
These guys are immature and they obviously have no regards to life or the price of life, I understand that you want/need compensation "hours" for living expenses but when Heath and and safety is disregarded death and accidents happen!!!!! These workers are blind to see the impact that occurs when someone is deprived sleep!

I'm about to interview at JC for a crew leader position. They've been up front about the hours, 80 or so a week apparently, which is a lot, but not for oil work. It's not an industry that suffers the weak. At least they made it clear. Anybody know how much they're paying, since somebody seems to complain that it's not enough?
I've worked for them for 6 months and i make 12same as crew leader pay

The job is a little busy and it's hard but for the most part the supervisors are cool to me so I am just going to keep making that money and paying the bills.

It's always some hard ass work and even though the company is new they hooked this brother up, I got a place to sleep, food, drink and pockets full of that cash.

Management was good, I have worked for a lot of companies that didn't take care of you as well as these guys have so A+. Only downside is that I didn't see my family as much as I wanted but it's what happens when you work in the oil fields. When I worked in Kuwait and Iraq it seems like a vacation compared in Texas compared to deep the Arab desert oil production crews I was on. A lot of people get hung up on the small stuff.

I have been here a few months its my first big job. the worst part was trying to get used to working longer hours but after a few weeks I got the hang. I'm making great money and yer right it's tough to find too much to bitch about they feed me and give me a crib. I imagine it's like boot camp, dudes everywhere and stinking up the place but it all good job and unlike my old man who's laid off i'm down here working and making bank. Holla

I've been here for a minute and these guys are hard working, say what you want but I've worked for a lot of white folks who aren't there when my crew starts and certainly aren't there after I get back. I've seen the these dudes are in it, not nearly as hard as I working but hey, few are. Fodale aren't bad, been good to me.

I found this site after hiring in, a lot of negative comments but after spending the month here working it's good to be with an awesome crew and these guys pay on time too, no problems with my check yet. They take care of me and guess what a lot of other companies can't say that
