Wow, you are right, she will fit right at St. Anthony's with all those rude administrators. She has always had her nose up so high.

Additional Question to you, what physcian's did she recruit? The ones that don't work there anymore or the ones that don't actually exist?

They don't get rid of people that do good work, someone is hiding some of the details, it seems a bit ironic, that 3 BJC employees who have been with the company for a long while all "resign" and take positions at other "NON" BJC hospitals in the area.

I worked with Annette for several years and that relationship is what I was stating. For the record, however, they did not "get rid" of her.
There has been, and currently is, a dramatic change at the hospital.(Illinois Medicaid claims are not getting paid, and this can crush any facility). The Board is leaning toward a new management contrct, possibly with St. Anthony's.
Perhaps the 3 BJC employees you are thinking of needed to move on, I don't know. However, there are so many wonderful and skilled employees at the hospital.

I never said anything about the rest of the staff at the hospital, I have nothing against them. I just found it funny they all resigned close together.

The over managed hospital days are over, hospitals are the latest in the economic downturn. I know of folks that worked under this leadership, it was clear they had their heads on crooked, and didn't know how to equally run a hospital. I mean when is shiny floors put over quality of care anywhere else?

I'm not sure what you're talking about when you mention "shiny floors". I agree that hospitals are over-managed. As I have said before, I think the supervisors and managers should have to work side by sidewith the other employees, not sit in on meetings, walk up and down the hall, leave early, etc.
Imagine what "Team Effort" would bring to the hospital!!
My motto is and always has been while I was in healthcare,
is "Exceed the Need!"
This applies to all patient care and employees as well.
I do appreciate your insightful comment Alpha 77. You are very bright.
