maybe if steffes corp wouldnt have so much overhead in their company they wouldnt have to bid jobs really high then they could keep the employees that are making the actuall product. I was employed at Steffes for a couple of years. I was recently laid off. it seems to me like some of the managers there who shall remain nameless they know who they are could really give a shit less about any of the production employees. The only thing they cared about was $. There is way to many people managing that company and aparentlly a majority of them have no idea how to ru.n a company. If they did there would be no reason why they had to lay off over 40 People in the past year. like i said before nothing matters to them not even the employees that have families to support only $money$
