Not enough calcium in 20s.

Hello to all,
I've never seen an article explaining the consequences by the lack of calcium according to age so I needed to ask.
For me personally, I don't believe I have been consuming enough calcium during the last 5 years. Why? Because I was afraid to eat dairy products since they took a heavy toll on my skin, provoking acne, pimples, zits... and, then there was the emotional struggle with all these breakouts--people who live this every day know what I'm talking about.
Well, to get to the point. I just turned 28, but have been wanting to keep my mind off the idea about the calcium deficiency:
What are effects/dangers of not consuming enough calcium during the 20s?
Thank you so much for reading this!
