This guy Steve Jellie is a joke he needs to fix what he has done an thinks he will get away with this by leaving the state hello idiot they will wait for you to come back you can leave the country but you can't hide maybe you should of been a decent human and done what was right but you can't and won't

I've gotta say prefabricated homes have these types of problems.
For over $200,000 you could have a better home with something I consider priceless; land. Probly 5 acres with a nice house for 250k. But that doesnt help I know.
The problems you speak of ( cracks and drafts ) are because your house is basically a bunch of seperately built rooms shipped hundreds of miles, twisted and stressed while loading and unloading until they're not square anymore then slapped together by guys that are upset they have to deal with such crap workmanship coupled with the fact that they are expected to make everything come together airtight. So they dont go the extra mile and there you have a shoddy quarter mill drafty bent house with all the seams showing.
