Yes, I am voting for Conservative Doug Hoffman next Tuesday for the 23rd District.

Why?

Because Doug Hoffman has the conservative mindset that actual Republican voters stand for here in this part of northest New York State. I have lived in the New York 23rd all my life, unlike many Republicans in Washington DC who have never even heard of the place until recently.

Strangely enough for the first time in my memory, the 23rd district in New York State is actually getting some national coverage. And maybe there is good reason for everyone to pay attention!

I am tired of the mainstream Republican Party, including people like Newt Gingrich, telling New Yorkers and other Americans who and what to vote for in the way of fake "republicans" (RINOs). If that means that a Democrat wins this house seat, than so be it. If that means that the Republicans are going to have to take their medicine in Washington DC by getting another D in the House of Representatives than so be it. Better a real liberal (D) than another fake republican (R).

Maybe the Republican party will finally "get it".

"It's the real Conservative values Stupid!"

I am tired of these placebo candidates that keep getting rammed down our throats in New York State so that the end result is more Democrats in Washington posing to represent New York State people who actually live and work in New York State. It's time that real Republicans, Conservative Republicans, make a statement to the people in Washington DC and the Party members in New York the only way that we can, through the process of free elections.

We don't need any more liberal Susan Collins' and Olympia Snowe-jobs pretending to be Republicans. These Trojan-Republicans need to be broken down for what they are, real Liberal Democrats on the inside!

All Doug Hoffman is good for is spouting Reaganisms and criticizing pretty much everyone. He doesn't ever offer any answers or substantive plans to fix things. It's easy to get a knee-jerk positive reaction out of people by saying "Lower taxes" and "stop wasting money" but I don't hear him articulating any kind of a plan to actually do these fun things. What, exactly are Conservative values? Ramming the narrow-mindedness of Christianity down everyone's throat? All Repubicans are, right now, is the party of "NO". They need to get a serious plan together, or the party will continue to slide, and people will continue to leave the party. The "big tent" has turned into a "pup tent" and it's all because of the people you put into races for office. Sarah Palin?? Puh-leease, give me a break. I'm so glad most reality people in the country saw through her for the blithering, hypocritical idiot she was. And the more people reject your narrow-minded, negative rhetoric, the shriller and more hysterical your pundits get. Bunch of whine-babies. Yeah, now that Dede's out of the race, your dummy actually has a chance. And it's too bad. He'll go to Washington and join the rest of the narrow-minded "No" party. No, we don't like President Obama. No, we don't have any ideas of our own except leave things the way they are and pass laws to benefit our rich friends and donors. No, we don't like people who are different from us. No, we're not willing to shed our narrow-mindedness. That's the Repubican party right now. Ronnie Reagan is probably rolling over in his grave, assuming he doesn't have Alzheimer's in the afterlife. Go out and vote on Tuesday, but vote for Owens- don't send another idiot to Washington who can't articulate his ideas and who's favorite word is going to be "No"...even though he doesn't understand exactly why he's saying it. Kind of like a 15-month old toddler in that respect.

Fixed your typo, there.

Daily Horoscope for December 6

Taurus

If you gave up over what happened yesterday, you stand a better chance of sorting things out today. Talking to the person who failed to go for the teamwork may help to get a grip on the situation, especially if you manage to avoid recriminations or accusations. Instead, do your best to be as understanding and compassionate as possible. Or just let it go.
