I don't think Charlotte could work there without Randy there... one can't survive without the other.

I worked there LONG ago and always thought that there was something going on with those two. I heard they were hiring but I didn't hear it was for a manager.

Casey, why are you trying to start crap again?

I really don't understand why people would want to start crap about Orscheln's. I used to work there... never had too much of a problem with the people I worked with. Charlotte was always fair to me (probably more fair than I deserved,) and Randy was a really good boss too.

As for customers, I haven't yet seen an instance when someone needing help didn't get it if there was any to give. Randy would always go out of his way to make sure that his customers stayed happy, no matter what their complaint... If there were customers that stayed unhappy, well, then they probably had their own problems to begin with, because as I said Randy would do everything in his power to remedy the situation.

So, my only guess is that if someone wanted to start a bunch of nonsense on here, they're either someone that works there or has worked there, and feels they were somehow wronged by management. All Randy expects of his workers was that they do their job and treat the customers right. All Charlotte expects of her workers is that they do what they're told, leave her boys alone, and not start a bunch of nonsense that doesn't need to be started.

And if you work for her, she's always there if you need someone to talk to. Treat her with respect, and she'll do the same for you.

That is the most rediculous thing I've ever heard. I couldn't think of any woman who would stay with him long enough for him to leave her.

You all need to find something better to do and leave it alone.
