Dexter walmart has some of the rudiest, unfriendly people I have ever met. What happen to the customer is always right? Instead they argue with you when you have a return and are rude if you ask for help. The bakery people are the most hateful of all. I will never order a cake from them again.

You think the bakery is bad. I am tired of the girl in the photo center that thinks she can honey, sweetheart and babe my husband all the time. If that is customer service I would like to know what she would give him out side of the store. And no it isn't just him I watch her do it to all men. she needs to learn what true customer service is.

There is this one particular checker that stands at the self check out and watches you like you are a criminal and are fixin to steal something. It irritates me, I use the self checkout because the checkers don't know how to bag groceries properly.

I for one have never been rude to anyone at Walmart. I work closely with the public and I do not talk rude to people nor do I want them talking rude to me.

No they are suppose to do their job.

But if you want to be hateful about it then yes if I ask for my ass to be wiped when I walk in the door they should do it because the customer is always right.

All I ask is they not be so rude!!!

I am in there twice or more a week and have met a few employees who don't seem to know as much as they need to know, but have never been rude, not even once.

I went to Wal Mart last weekend to purchase a new riding mower. I did not see any in lawn&garden so I asked one of the guys working back there when they were suppossed to get some more in. He acted like he could care less and told me they would get some in "sometime". I told him I would just go somewhere else and as I turned and walked away, he said, "You couldn't afford one anyway." I was appalled! I went straight to the store manager, who, after I told them what happened, turned and walked away! I was furious. I can't say that I will never go back there again, but I will say that I will never make a big purchase there.

You need to call 1-800-Walmart and let them know. This happens all the time and nothing is ever done because the ones that need to know don't know.

That is very harsh and uncalled for! Sears/Kmart will be happy to kindly sell you a mower though-lol.

The very next day I went to Lowe's at Sikeston. They bent over backwards to help me choose the right mower for my needs. They got my business. I may call the 800-Walmart.

File a complaint on walmart.com the manager doesnt like it when it goes over her head. She will be calling you in no time apoligizing, but I must say; the employee that I had a prob with was never seen again.
