Runaway hog likely caused fire at farm in southern Minnesota

A runaway sow likely escaped into a utility room and ruptured a gas line, causing a fire earlier this month at a southern Minnesota hog farm.

That was so terrible, burning alive. Isn't there a caretaker at these places, you put buildings out in the boonies with live animals and they are not supervised. What about making sure there is WATER. Are there any laws in place on animal cruelty in this STATE????? Or are all the House and Senate FARMERS?
