It's called a RECESSION, Frank. Take a look at the vacancies in downtown Ayer. The same thing has happened across the country and around the world. Companies are consolidating. Stop trying to manipulate the people. Ayer's tax rate is higher, why would that make companies happy? Get a grip, we are not that gullable. Your issues with MassDev will end up costing the people big bucks. Let the people who have the engineers, planners, and know how handle the contaminated land.
