Yes but,
you are a city firefighters wife. Don't claim to know a general pride of this as you have slammed rural firefighters. You bleed yellow. Rural bleeds red. Your husband is a crying nagging vag and you two are perfect for eachother

We all know that the city fire dept is not a real one. Rural fire is a professional dept! You cannot compare the two! The city fire dept is just a bunch of volunteer wannabees that don't know a thing about fighting fires! Rural bleeds red baby!!!

This all started because out of no where someone butted there nose in business that was not theirs. Maybe the police haven't taken the test yet so what, they'll take before the deadline Im sure, maybe they pass maybe they don't. Why is it that everything has to be a competition between police, fire and then other fire departments makes no sence. Police, fire, ems are the soldiers of our front lines and I am in awed reading some of these posts about the back and forth. I would love to get back on here and not see anymore posts unless they read something like thank you for your service, thank you for getting to my house as quick as you did, thanks for coming and checking my back yard cause I heard a noise and my husband was too scared to check it out but turns out its was a cat The goal behind a public safety is so that both departments can work in sync with each other for the greater good of the people that pays your salaries. No matter what we cannot weed out the shit disturbers(or their wives) from each profession whether they work at eagle bank or walmart, or wherever people need to keep their nose out of business that is no related to them.

LMAO thats all I have to say. Whose the new kid on the counsel. He looks about 16. Does he actually have something to say or does he own/operate a construction company too. Too many dicks on the counsel (2 to be exact)
Issue 1: The roads in De Soto are being repaired, slowly but surely. It's tough I know but we have got to do something about the slopes dips and dives all over town.
Issue 2: There has got to be something that can be done about the large amount of traffic at Main and Miller around 2:00 pm tp 6:00 pm. I can't take it anymore. People cannot read signs and are selfish so others have to force there way out or wait.
Issue 3: Need more businesses. Are our counselman actively trying to get more businesses in our town. I understand the economy but look around you people in 10 years desoto will be a subdivision of festus. Unless Jeffco just decides to charter us a new asshole.
Issue 4: Rec Center for the kids... Need I say more. Established some entertainment for the kids and maybe they will be less likely to go out and bust out windows and break in cars. It doesn't solve the problem but I bet it would help it.
There are several other things on my mind that I think could do De Soto some good. This town has alot of potential but people are just set in there ways.
I would run for counsel but not enough people know me and thats all its about not the issues. I havent the money to waste on getting my name out there either so I'll just hope a counselman reads this and decides to choose one from the list.
Check back soon for more ideas,:)
This is the original post. What does one have to do with the other, you are all morons!!

Wow a pool in Desoto...A place for all the little low income hoosiers and the drug dealing kids to hang out at and did I mention the li wanna be thugs???? Yea not the water I would want to put my children in. I would rather pay extra during the summer months to fill my pool in my own backyard than to ever see a pool go into Desoto. Desoto has enough problems and your complaining about a pool. I would rather see Walmart in that spot any day.

Apparently not, since I did not even go to Desoto. Thank God! You must be one of the Hoosier's I was talking about. HA I think it is so funny to see people in an uproar when they read all the thing's that people post about Desoto. Instead of getting so mad get off your lazy butt and go do something about it. Desoto has the highest rate of low income Hoosier's if the whole county, take a look around at your town it is becoming a trash hole. And as far as the pool Im sure if one was ever put in they would not accept EBT, or welfare to get in so in that case It may be a nice place because 75 percent of the city could not afford to go. HA HA HA Get off your lazy butt's get jobs and clean up your town.

Wish I could be as smugly ignorant as you are, must be nice to have your nose higher than those around you, like to call people like you SNOB... here is the thing, Hoosiers can change their lives and become better people, you are already at the top society's list of superior people... like to call those b*^&%es, and you will always be that.

Not everyone in De Soto is a hoosier but superior people like yourself have to put others into one category so they don't have to think too long about the hoosiers and can keep telling themselves that they are better than everyone else... I feel sorry for you, you must be loney and miserable to be so hateful...

The real problem is that the police dept. is that it lacks a real command structure and Chief who started out well, is very lazy and has no respect from his subordinates or Police peers from other agencies. The Department even though coming from a small town was very respectable now it is a joke.

To correct your post, where walmart is was the second pool, there was one across the street from where Talbert ford is now, it was called Bel-aire pool

Jefferson County and some of the people down there are just plan no good and time I,m done with my neighbor I,m gonna be his worst nightmare . One woman at City Hall all she got to do is sit around picking on a man that has Stage 4 Cancer he has 3 tumors on the Brian , 2 in the lung and one the size of a Orange and all she can say is oh well he needs to fix what he started are tare it down he worked his whole life serving his State so proud that he was not a A??hole like some that I have talked to this past week at City Hall in Jefferson County . But anyway once my husband goes home to be wit the LORD I,m giving my land to a group of homeless people from North St. Louis from HOPE USA fixing it that the land can not be sold for the next 50 years I will pay the Taxes on it just so they can stay there and be a thorn in my neighbors butt like he has been to use this past month . And before I leave there I will post a huge sign in my front yard telling the other neighbors who they can Thank for who there neighbors will be
