It just doesn't seem right that this guy goes to prison but people who sell it in California and other states can make a living doing it legally. Marijuana is the least of anyone's problems and these outdated laws need to be removed. Age limits need to be in place but let responsible people make their own decisions. Putting this guy in prison solves absolutely nothing.
