I was wondering if anybody had a problem with an attorney named Jenny Doling, I had a serious problem with her denying that she gave me documents to change the title of some property and I was arrested for it. She was sued by me in civil court and I prevailed, but she continues to practice. I just hope she doesn't harm anybody else with her dishonest and careless behavior.

I didn't have a problem with her, but I did with another lying, thieving lawyer in Palm Beach, named Horace Beacham. He was our family lawyer, since I was a kid. He drew up a will for my mother. When she died, he claimed she didn't even have a will or any paperwork. I know better because I took her to the lawyer's office in the 1st place. She showed me the insurance papers he was to handle upon her death. I fired him, and hired another lawyer. I never received any insurance money, and barely got any estate money.

I read about all of the violence and drug use in Yucca Valley and see 2nd strike people and rapist with $30,000 bails and $200,000 bails, but a deputy district attorney Alex Martinez (with an investigation from deputy Steve Wilson) managed to get a $1,000,000 bail for an innocent person that Jenny Doling perjured herself to detectives. It is sad that Yucca Valley has headed down a very ugly path and it's legal system is run amuck. The innocent person was me and all of the charges were dropped, but Jenny Doling is still practicing law in your Community. It is very sad that she can still endanger the public by keeping her license, and Alex Martinez and Steve Wilson still have their jobs. Internal affairs should look into Steve Wilsons actions and the Attorney General should look into Alex Martinez's as well.

My best friend has hired Jenny Doling to represent her in a bankruptcy, and I was wondering if you could give me more details on your case, is it current? How did you prevail in the lawsuit against Jenny Doling?

In 2004, Jenny Doling represented us in our bankruptcy. She was professional; she gave us great advice- everything worked out just fine. I think Jenny Doling is an awesome attorney and a great person.

Alex Edwards was NEVER a client of my firm. His accusations are completely false. My firm acted within the law to protect an elderly client. Mr. Edward's arrest record by an independent law enforcement agency and the San Bernardino County District Attorney's office speaks for itself.
We have requested that Mr. Edwards refrain from making defamatory statements. It has been nearly 5 years since his arrest and he still blames my firm for his own actions.
We have a solid reputation in the communities of the Hi-Desert. We support many charitable organizations and help to educate the community about elder abuse, loan modifciation fraud, bankruptcy and other areas of the law. Our firm is widely respected and we welcome the opportunity to represent you as well. More than 61% of our business is referrals from other attorneys and from past clients. We believe this referral rate is a compliment and a testament to the quality of work we do and the professionalism and standards we uphold.
We will not be intimidated by these defamatory statements. We find it very sad that Mr. Edwards continues to act in this inappropriate manner.

I don't believe this story one bit. Jenny represented me in bankrupcy 2 yrs ago and my parents and my neighbor and we all found her office to be very kind and helpful. She even did my parents bankrupcy for free because they were on diability and couldn't afford to pay. I'm sure there is more to this story. If this guy was arrested, he must have done something wrong.

You can all judge for yourselves, she will do this to someone again. I did prevail in civil court with a 5 figure settlement. I still have the documents to prove that this is not some tall tale. She is a not an honest person and should be disbarred from practicing law. You have to ask yourselves: Why would an innocent attorney come on to a forum and defend herself if she wasn't guilty of doing something wrong. She physically printed out documents to change the title of my mom's property, and when asked by sheriff's detectives... she said that she didn't. I will gladly take Jenny on with any type of polygraph, if she thinks she didn't perjure herself to detectives. She refused to give finger prints to attorneys after the documents were found to have evidence of finger prints on them, and interesting enough the document expert in Arizona also concluded that she printed them out in her office. I will publish this document and you can tell me if they match any others out there. Good luck...

I hired Jenny to represent me in a chapter 13 bankruptcy. We presented her with all the facts and figures of income, expenses, and holdings. She informed us that she could erase our second mortgage by "Stripping it". We were told it would just go away, but when we went to court we found that not only did it not "go away" it was now an unsecured debt and we were going to be 100% responsible for the debt to be paid over 5 years. When confronted about this non-discloser, she advised not to panic, as probably other creditors wouldn't file their claims offsetting this debt. At worst, she now says she can have my case dismissed. Her lack of discloser has put me and my family in a position where I once had perfect credit, a Mercedes, and was paying my bills on time to no credit, and $178,000 in debt to be paid over 5 years to the tune of $4700 a month without any of my other bills included. I have made many attempts to arrange a meeting to discuss further, but was told by her firm she has no time for us and many emails to her unanswered. Maybe she might read this forum again and actually respond.

Thank you Darryl, and please forward this post to anyone that needs to get referrals. She is a dangerous attorney that will say anything to get out of all situations she puts people in. You need to contact the Bar association and report her, and the Attorney general needs to be notified.

If anyone has a deed for property dated from 2003-2006 that has been written by Jenny Doling in her Yucca Valley office; and that can be non-negotiably copied, it would help for a story that is being worked on. We just need some more samples of deeds she wrote out in that time period. It will help match the one that she denied drafting and will help substantiate the facts.

I have consulted with Jenny since my last post and have reconsidered my comments as unfair and untrue. Although there was a period of time that it was difficult to get a hold of Jenny directly, communication did occur with my wife which I didn't know about. I have had several meetings and telephone calls since I posted here and all has been clarified for me. I believe Jenny to be an honest, hardworking attorney that has the best interests of her clients at heart. I would indeed refer anybody looking for representation to her. She continues to represent me on my case and will say that I would use her for any other issues I may have in the future.

Well, if there was any untruthfulness to this story Jenny would have filed a defamation/libel case already, and would have never posted anything on a public forum. Unfortunately, records show that Jenny Doling had a firm represent her in a civil case. That case was settled in San Diego and the Plaintiff prevailed. Her malpractice insurance rates went up dramatically, and there was no Bar actions taken. It would be interesting if Jenny files a lawsuit, because it could go in any direction. The publicity of the lawsuit could cause havoc for Jenny, because it could bring to light the possibility of these statements being genuine. If that is the case Jenny could be asking for more than she bargained for. It could also mean that under oath she would have to flat out deny that she supplied documents to the party. It is a conundrum she finds herself in, and she could again risk perjury. It was only lucky that the plaintiff had all charges dropped, because Jenny avoided perjuring herself in the criminal phase of that case. If the statements are found to be false, then Jenny would have a strong case.

To: alex Edwards, If you want to research grant deeds you can go to the San Bernardino Hall of Records in San Bernardino California and see actual copies of them on microfiche. For a fee they will give you copies of the ones that you need. To the best of my knowledge a grant deed is filled out with the legal owners names on it, an apn and is signed in front of a public notary. I am not really clear about what your allegations are. Please explain the details and if you can include the case number month and year where this law suit was filed.

To Jenny Doling- You said he was arrested. He said he was not convicted. I believe that a man is innocent until proven guilty. He said he sued you and won. Is that true? If it is doesn't that speak volumes about YOU?

First of all, I need only deeds that Jenny Doling authored in that time frame.
Second, the case number was MCV 06893 filed in San Bernardino Superior Court on October 3, 2005. It was settled in San Diego in Judge Wayne L. Peterson's court room: ADRS Case No. 07-0266-WLP. My Criminal case was FMB007292 and in a statement from that case by Alex Martinez on March 4th 2005: He states "value of the property that's the subject of count 1 was valued at $170.000. That is the property that's the subject of the entire case. The entire case involving the Mr. Edwards attempt to transfer this property to himself from his mother after an unsuccessful attemp with Jenny Doling who refused to do so based upon the victom's mental competence that day and that same day the defendant going down to the County Recorder's office and then having paperwork drafted that appeared to be in the name of Jenny Doling's law office but was not to essentially have the home transferred to himself." (Alex Martinez Friday, March 4, 2005. in Hon Bryan Fosters court room)
I utilized both a Quit claim deed and a Death of Joint Tenancy with instructions and post it notes supplied by Jenny Doling herself to protect the property of my elderly parent that would have been taken from her. I was arrested on a million dollar bail warrant and was released with all charges dropped. My attorney Thomas Warwick in San Diego advised me that this was the best deal he has ever known offered to a person with a million dollar bail, and if was to fight the charges it would have cost another sixty thousand in a court case. I wish now that I had fought it, because Jenny would be in prison right now for what she did! But, I just got married and we just bought a house. My wife and I could not afford the extra legal fees then, but now we are in a better situation. We are good people and my wife is a Physician with Scripps and I am a private yacht captain.
Jenny Doling needs to still pay for what she did, and I will make sure every body is aware of what she did. I supplied all the proof needed to the Attorney Generals office, but they keep referring me back to the BARR which is nothing but a group of attorneys that will do nothing.
Lastly, I risk a lot by posting this and could be sued by Jenny, but I will gladly take her on with any case she brings forward... she forgets I have the truth on my side!!!

That same day in question in count one, Jenny Doling produced those documents and gave me written instructions on how to go the notary, and recorders office in San Bernardino. I transferred my mom's property so no creditors could take it from her, and she would have a place to call home for as long as she wanted. Well, I was arrested in San Diego at gunpoint, and I spent 11 days in jail. I do not think there would be any case IF Jenny Doling didn't lie to the detectives. I said before, she is a dangerous person so please check out the cases and decide for yourself. She should not be allowed to practice and I hope that all of Yucca and Palm Springs learns of this. Please Jenny-- sue me!!! I loath for the day to see you in court.
