What a shame but best to not do business with Cathedral City government who really don't seem to know what they are doing and they don't seem an honest group. You know that because the city said they gave you about two weeks’ notice that you would be relocated for the day but in fact your only received three days’ notice and sustained significant losses in having spent funds on advertising and permitting for the March 9 market. YOU Lori Herbel are correct in realizing the responsibility to your clientele and that the market’s success is based on reliable hours of operation, rain or shine. Regrettably the government of Cathedral City does not have the same moral compass as you.
