Review: Umbrella Recovery Team

Umbrella Recovery Team is a shell company or bogus organization posting dunning letters to people whom it thinks can be gulled into sending checks. It is a FRAUD. It seems connected to organizations themselves that try to bilk people out of smallish ($100-200) sums.
Send 100,000 letters, get 10% receipts with $100 each, and that yields $1,000,000 for essentially almost no money. Stonewall. Do not send money. Deal only with primary sources whom you know.

Isn't this the business model of every collection agency?
