It's not a crush. She has DEEP FEELINGS. She developed these DEEP FEELINGS through many, many hours of heart-felt conversations where they talked about their priorities in life, their histories, what they have in common, their families, their futures.

Because that's how you get DEEP FEELINGS for someone. Getting to really know them. A crush would be, well, someone you chit chat with now and then at the gym.

1. I think paying them is a horrible idea. I don't think you raise kids by teaching them that intelligent decisions need to be reinforced by a reward.

LW1: If you have ever had a family member die from lung disease, confined to a hospital bed, gasping for breath for days, you will find a way to quit smoking. This is a useless and expensive habit and it will kill you, one way or another.

LW2: You have a crush. Fortunately, you seem to know that your husband and family are your real blessings in life. When you see this man, smile and think to yourself, "I have a harmless little crush on him." Then train your mind to think of other things. Also, go to the gym less and cross-train with jogging, biking, or a zumba class. Your feelings for this man will dissipate with time and determination.
