I find it hypocritical that David Trais thought Ms. O'Neill was more than adequate enough to have sex with him, but not good enough to mother the child she had. To me it seems much more irresponsible that Mr. Trais did not use protection when having sex. They guy is scum.

Not only that but it sounds like the child has a support system that seems more than adequate, especially compared to the horror stories in the papers these days. And with $91,000 in vet benefits, the child's financial needs are likely being met.
