The Board of Healing Arts failed to do any meaningful investigation for years, and still now. The hearing scheduled for June 17 was canceled because they are working on a compromise. COMPROMISE? There should be no questions asked, this Dr. should not be allowed to treat another patient. Information was provided to the Board for several years including tips about past employees who had information regarding inappropriate touching of patients (minors), illegal billing, medicare fraud, illegal drug dispensing etc. The so called hearings are a joke, they do not investigate, no one even knows about the hearings. Past employees, various local, state and federal agencies investigating this Dr, several local prosecutors, etc etc, none of these people were even contacted although the Board was given information about these sources of information and the alleged activities of this Dr. The red flags were not only there, rockets were going off. This Dr. is a danger and he should have been suspended a long time ago. The public is not being protected by this Board and they should be held accountable for letting this Dr. continue to practise. The Missouri Board of Healing Arts needs to be investigated. Is the compromise more to protect the Board so we never know just how bad they dropped the ball. The 500 people that had their files dumped should seek accountability from the Board, they should have closed down this Dr. long before this happened.

Daily Horoscope for December 6

Pisces

Keep well clear of anything or anyone that looks like being a problem, but at least you can hold your own. This is a marvellous day for taking care of someone who isn't very well at the moment or who needs all the sympathy and understanding you can give them.
