yes they both were wrong, but why should brian pay the same price as chad? brian should be punished by community service to the needed one's or on probation...not jail he did not even touch or have contact with the girl...and why is she sneaking out the house anyways...think about it parents, watch your kids then the innocent one's don't get in trouble...girl's play the same games too but never are they wrong...i am against this happening but you know what over all! it starts with in the home and the raising of the children's...tooooooo much leeway...need more decipline & control of your kids...now days the kids runs the parents...think about it...

The mother encourages this sort of behavior. She sees nothing wrong with her daughters dating older men. I hope the school district doesn't get sued over something the mother is ok with. This is not the first time something like this has happened to the daughters.
